Why does the questionnaire ask such detailed questions that have nothing to do with the service provided?
As part of a highly regulated industry, Premier Private is required to comply with “Know Your Customer (KYC)” and “Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)” guidelines, which require review of all financial information and license verification.
What type of insurance does Premier Private require of its service providers?
- Insurance requirements may differ based upon the nature of the services provided, but all vendors should be prepared to show proof of (at a minimum) general liability and, if applicable, workers’ compensation (statutory coverage)
- Insurance carriers should be A- (AM Best Rated) or higher
- Professional Employer Organization (PEO) insurance is not acceptable
Where do we send our invoices?
Invoices should be sent to the Premier Private department (business unit) that initiated or received the services.
How do I inquire about a delinquent payment?
